Terms of Service

By accessing DataDash you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws.

You must create an account to purchase templates. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@datadash.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used to harm other users or the platform.

Each template purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own business or personal reporting purposes. You may customise the template for your own use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased templates with third parties.
• Use a single licence across multiple clients without a multi-seat arrangement.
• Remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or attribution notices.
• Use templates to build competing template marketplaces.

For agency, team, or multi-client use, contact us at hello@datadash.co to discuss a suitable licence arrangement.

Because templates are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the template has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions: if a template is materially defective (e.g., broken data connections, missing files, significant errors from the description), contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@datadash.co. We will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incompatibility with a custom data source not listed in the template description, or failure to read the template requirements before purchase.

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Polar (our payment provider). DataDash does not store your card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

All templates, designs, code, copy, and other content on DataDash are owned by us or our template creators and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited licence to use the template as described in Section 3. Ownership of the template and its underlying design remains with DataDash or the relevant creator.

If you submit reviews or feedback on the platform, you grant DataDash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the Service and in marketing materials. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from DataDash without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
• Use automated tools to make bulk purchases or circumvent purchase controls.
• Post reviews that are false, misleading, or constitute harassment.

The Service and templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that templates will be compatible with every possible data source or Looker Studio configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or templates. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect licences already granted for purchases made prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
